[HBR] Chassis kits

I just checked that pricing out
and I guess that is more then at least
I am wiling to pay, 36/37 bucks???
I did have an amateur chassis bender
bend up mine, and traded a philmore
crystal set for it.  But if I need to get
another I am thinking of sheet alunimum
from cookie sheets and such and purchase
some aluminum angle iron to mount the
sides to the top and such.  Been saving
used and abused cookie sheets and cake
pans now for several years, the dump site
shows up with some of these goodies every
once in awhile, and well worth keeping an
eye pealed for goodies like these...

Even saved some metals from the sides of
old microwave ovens and toaster ovens.  NOT
the best for sure, but gold for a cheap skate : )
A little scraping, brushing and polish or paint
will cover a lot of blemishes...
