[HBR] Mixers

Walt and the group:
What is your favorite mixer, and why?   Do you see any advantage to using a
MiniCircuits Labs double balanced mixer?  All other active elements would
be tubes--conversion loss, of course, rather than gain, as with a 6be6, or
such, but would it have better noise figures?
  Then there is the Pullan Mixer.  Anyone have an opinion on that one?

I would like to here what experience you'all have had
