[HBQRP] O'scopes for Febr. meeting

If I'm able to make it in Feb. I have an Owon SDS7102V I'll bring
along. And if anyone wants an old but working Hitachi V-212 (2-channel,
20 MHz), I'll let it go CHEAP.
