[HBQRP] Feb. 14th Meeting

Hello all;

Sorry I missed the get together this past Saturday. I was sort of busy
attending my youngest Daughter's wedding. (I have given her a copy of
the meeting schedule for 2009 so she can reschedule any future plans
that might conflict. )

It was a great wedding and I did not miss any of you at all :-)

If anyone took any pictures at the get together, please either forward
them to me or post them where I can get to them. I need to send a report
to Tim for the QQ. Please include a short note on who was there and what
happened that was notable. Thanks

OzarkCon Report:

Progress on the Tracer/Injector kit is progressing. We did receive a
prototype circuit board and like most prototypes it has an issue. We are
working through the troubles and expect all to be fine soon. Darrel
(K0AEB), Joe (K0NEB), Brian (KM0Y), and I will be facilitating the
Friday night build at OzarkCon (2 sessions) ON the 1st and second of
May, and then Saturday morning, Darrel and I will be giving a
presentation on how to use the Tracer/Injector.

 

Doug, KI6DS of QRPKits.com is supplying the kit and parts and will have
the tester available on his site right after OzarkCon (if all goes well)

If you are at any QRP event this year, no matter where, and you see
Doug, please seek him out and tell him how much our group appreciates
his kind assistance and support these last few years.  A short 'thanks
for your support' is always welcome.
