[Hammarlund] HQ140X Questions

Hi

 

1.	My HQ140X has a serial number stamped on the back - #557. Is there a
production date reference available somewhere?
2.	Close to V3, the 6BE6 Mixer, there is a small female socket mounted
on the top of the chassis, (a bit like a European Belling Lee TV antenna
socket). It looks as though this is an OEM fitting. Does anyone know what is
its purpose please?
