[Hammarlund] HQ-180 problem-not the tubes

Radio is probably roughly 45 years old. Resistors change value,
capacitors become leaky or shorted, IF alignments not quite on
(especially 50 KHz IF). A bad tube would not be my first guess of
trouble. Neither the HQ-170 or 180 series of receivers were also never
known for the great audio (Hi-Fi) quality. It was communication quality
at best.
