[Hammarlund] HQ-180 problem-not the tubes

The saga continues. I took the tubes out of my HQ-170 and put both of 
them into the HQ-180 for the related  AGC/AVC circuits and the issue is 
still there. Put the tubes in question from the 180 into the 170 and it 
still works fine. Looks like I am going to have to pull the radio and 
put it on the bench for further testing. Will try some voltage checks 
first and see what I come up with. After that, we may be in touch again.
