[Hammarlund] Slipping SP-600 Dial

I use a pipe cleaner to clean the groove in the roller.
Also make sure the edge of the dial disk is clean of grease as well.
You may need to clean/lubricate the gears and perhaps tuning capacitor.
There is no way to tighten the rollers.
