[Hammarlund] Slipping SP-600 Dial

You may need to clean the edge of the (logging) dial also.  I found that I could use acetone without damaging the paint, but alcohol is probably safer.  Also, if the tuning capacitor is sticky you may need to clean and lubricate that.
