that pin 8 of the 6H6 has a -DC voltage on it that corresponds to
signal similar to the method employed when tuning an R390a at the diode
load. Besides tuning for a peak, if you don't have a sweep setup I guess
you could plot out the levels to get an idea of symmetry.

Hi Bill,
I did the graph paper and measurement thing with an HQ-145X once upon a
time. It took most of my free time for two weeks to get happy results.
That is what prompted me to build and use a series of 'wobbulators' and
other sweepers.
