[Hammarlund] HQ-129x recap

Hi Bill,
Micas can/do go bad, but it's not yet a "shotgun" situation. I just
found 4 bad ones in an SP-600, all causing problems with the AVC, not
with frequency. I've had bad ones in R-388's and a few others, too.
There's one in the R-388 that is a frequent failer, and I do replace it
no matter what.
Your non-linearity problem should not be caused by fixed caps or
resistors. Like Carl said, it could be the variable.

I've got a fluke that can measure the value, but it obviously won't show leakage. I've got an old IT-28 heathkit, but it needs a 6ax4. If I can't get rid of the offset in freq it probably won't be a big deal. The radio has the little xtal calibrator installed so I can at least get it to the nearest 100kc point.
