[Hammarlund] HQ-129x recap

Perhaps I shouldn't call this a 'complete' recap. I only replaced the paper caps. Do the micas have a problem with aging? I've got a fluke that can measure the value, but it obviously won't show leakage. I've got an old IT-28 heathkit, but it needs a 6ax4. If I can't get rid of the offset in freq it probably won't be a big deal. The radio has the little xtal calibrator installed so I can at least get it to the nearest 100kc point.

Did you get the caps under the BFO cover? Many miss those.

Check the banspread cap runout, it may not be perfectly centered or someone
messed with the rotor plates.
