I'd be really surprised if Lend/Lease was still in place when the
SP-600 was designed and issued in the 1950s. Pretty sure the Iron
Curtain had descended long before that. Maybe SP-200? I can't access
the site.

SX-28, AR-88, HRO - sure, those were WWII designs and standard LL
gear, along with the WS19.
