[Hammarlund] Soviet use of the SP-600

I found a reference to the SP-600 being used in the Soviet Union. Apparently
they were part of the lend-lease agreement.

From the web site they also had HRO, Hallicrafters, etc.. as well.

I wonder if any of these units remain and if Hallicrafters or the USSR had
redone the panels in Cyrillic.
