[Hammarlund] Yaesu Rotor Problem

I a\seem to remember reading that you were loathe to climb...I can
understand. However, a connector clean-up or even a cable replacement beats
the alternative of replacing the whole damn rotor. This message was meant to
paint the glass as 1/2 full....hope I succeeded.
