[Hammarlund] switches for SP-600

Does anyone have or know of a source for SP-600 switches? I need the 
Send-receive and mod-cw switches. Also what is a good method to fill in four 
holes that were drilled for a different meter, and actually one more 
question, is there any compound that can reduce the meter hole slightly? The 
original meter I put in is in by the skin of it's teeth.
