[Hammarlund] S meter

I've been reading this with interest as I have several SP-200 and 400's and
all their meters just go from 0-9 and their is no mention in the TM11-866
manual about S meter units. I do have other manuals specifically about the
SP-200's and 400's however (this manual I just mentioned is for their
military receivers of which I have one which is really an SP-200XS, BC-779
I think). On the other hand my HQ-180 is (or was) calibrated at 50 uv. for
S9.
