[Hammarlund] S meter

I recall that the old Hammarlund SP-200 I used as a kid had the same info  on 
S-meter calibration, i.e. a doubling of signal per unit and 50  microvolts 
for S-9.  I think that back in the '30 they only thought of  signal strength in 
microvolts, so a doubling was twice the voltage.  And  probably they didn't 
see too many S-9+++ signals, considering that most rigs  were trnasmitting 10 to 
100 watts. I wasn't there, so just my .02
