Hi,
I've fooled around with Bak-o-lite for years, and a rag wheel on a motor
with white jewlers compound Will take off enough surface to remove
scratches, etc. , and polish to a mirror shine. You should practice on non
important bake-o-lite peices first, and take the rings off of the knob. Tool
stores have a cloth rag wheels that mount on a basic bench grinder, (without
the safety shroud) , and the compound usually comes in colored sticks, white
being the finest, and the only one to use on bake-o-lite. I hope this helps.
