[Hammarlund] Recap a SP-600 use orange drops or ceramic

However,

Late model SP-600's had all the BBOD's replaced by ceramics for the
bypass caps right from the factory. So if they knew what they were doing
orginally, why did they change? I'm not being sarcastic, I am really
curious.
