[Hammarlund] SP-400 power supply question

Well, thanks to the folks who responded (and so quickly too!)
to my question. Chuck McGregor nailed it for me though. He
correctly let me know that this is not an electrolytic at all.
It turns out to be an oil filled paper cap, 1 mike at 1000 volts.
Boy, it sure looks like an electrolytic, like the other ones on
the chassis, but on closer inspection at the cap, and the schematic,
I see that it is not. Makes the replacement easier, and raises
another question. What may be the chance that this big cap is
actually still good? Are these oil filled jobs as prone to aging
as their smaller cousins? Could I just leave it in place and
be alright?
