I'm not sure this applies to the HQ-110 but recently the 'dial' started
slipping on one of my HQ-180's. If I turned the main tuning knob the tuning
dial would not turn accordingly.
There was nothing in any of the manuals suggesting how to adjust/retension
anything so I decided to just investigate myself. As it turns out, I found
the small nut on the back of the weighted flywheel was somewhat loose. When
I tightened it back up (along with a drop of locktite) the dial (knob?) quit
slipping.
Hope that helps.
-Mike
