[Ham-Mac] VDD CAT readings on Yaesu transceivers

A number of Yaesu transceivers support the CAT command "RM8;" which 
respond with the VDD voltage.  Unforunately, Yaesu engineers do not 
share the relation between the response values and the actual VDD 
voltage.  I need that information to add VDD display support in flrig.

Please assist by using the /Send Command/ facility in flrig.  Adjust the 
DC supply voltage over the range 12 to 14 volts recording both the 
supply voltage and the "RM8;" query response.  A minimum of two voltage 
points is needed.
