Terry,
The IC-7300 does not need the signalink, You can keep that attached to your KX3. All you need is below:
one USB cable
RUMLogNG properly working with the radio
Configure FLDigi
Select CAT to PTT
Looks like you have the rest. If you have the signalink and the 7300 hooked up at the same time you are also probably seeing two (2) USB CODECS in your sound sources. Unplug the signalink and the KX3, configure and test for operation in all modes. Keeping them connected then hookup the KX3 and configure it as TX2 test to make sure it works. At this point you will probably need to contact Tom (DL2RUM) on how does RUMLogNG work with two radios connected at the same time. (SO2R)
Hope this helps.

The logging program RUMLogNG does all the CAT control together with help from JT-Bridge for the JT modes. (This combination works great with my KX3). Frequency and mode changes seem to work fine. In Fldigi, both ‘Tune’ and the macros activate the PTT BUT no power is output which kind of suggests that the audio signal is not getting to the 13 pin connector at the back of the radio. I have tried various combinations of settings on the radio but guess have not hit the right combination. Any suggestions most welcome.
