[Ham-Mac] IC-7300 and Fldigi

Help please!  I have just invested in the above transceiver and trying to use it with a SignaLink USB interface, fldigi and wsjt-x for data modes and iMac running OS X 10.10.5. The logging program RUMLogNG does all the CAT control together with help from JT-Bridge for the JT modes. (This combination works great with my KX3). Frequency and mode changes seem to work fine. In Fldigi, both ‘Tune’ and the macros activate the PTT BUT no power is output which kind of suggests that the audio signal is not getting to the 13 pin connector at the back of the radio. I have tried various combinations of settings on the radio but guess have not hit the right combination. Any suggestions most welcome.
