[Ham-Mac] Stuck Audio Input Level slider using the USB Audio CODEC input

I observed the same thing as Dick with the SL USB but do not believe it is a
problem.  My old setup used an iMic adapter along with the original SL
interface.  The slider worked because the iMic adapter has a software
adjustable input attenuator.

The SL USB does not have a software adjustable input attenuator, so the
control is disabled.  Just use the level controls on the SL face plate and
everything works fine.
