[Ham-Mac] Stuck Audio Input Level slider using the USB Audio CODEC input

OK, so I did a bit of investigating. The Signalink USB uses a TI/Burr  
Brown PCM2904 USB codec. It's pretty much an all-in-one solution, and  
a rather nice one. According to the data sheet, it does not have an  
attenuator in the analog front-end. Thus CocoaModem is behaving  
exactly the way it says it should. I have now observed the exact same  
behavior with my Signalink, and, like Tim, believe it is working just  
fine, especially since I can copy all sorts of signals with mine.

Now if I can just find time to get it going in transmit mode with my  
K2. After all, I have had the Signalink USB for a year... ;-)
