Like many of the configuration files, MacLoggerDX looks for your  
Band_Plans folder in your log folder first so you can place customized  
band plan files there and they will not be overwritten by new releases.

This has been fixed for the K3 and the FT-2000 in MacLoggerDX v4.3.3b10
