[Ham-Mac] OSX, Parallels, XP, Keyspan serial USB adapters

I am using a Mac Book running 10.4.10, Parallels build 3214, XP Home, and would like
to make my Keyspan USA-49WLC  4 port serial  adapter run under Windows so I can run
Airmail for Winlink.

Anyone had any luck with this combo?

The same adapter runs under the Max OS with no problem, but I get a hardware error
message under XP.

Keyspan supports suggested that  OSX isn't dropping control to XP, but Parallels
support has not answered my support request.
