[Ham-Mac] OSX, Parallels, XP, Keyspan serial USB adapters

Unload the OSX drivers before running Parallels. For FTDI drivers, I use:
sudo kextunload /System/Library/Extensions/FTDIUSBSerialDriver.kext
You'd want to do something similar, with the correct kext file for
your Keyspan drivers.
