[Ham-Mac] External Monitor for Macbook

Tim, thanks. I run the resolution at 1280x1024, the highest resolution
of the monitor, I think.
It's still very good but as I said not as crisp as when attached to
the PC. But I suppose the video card driving it could be a factor,
too.
