Two points.

1) When Leopard comes out as 10.5 it's supposed to have Bootcamp or  
some form of dual-booting built-in.  That will be REAL handy.

2) I'm kind of stuck.  I've got cool, custom-developed, legacy Mac s/ 
ware that we use for our RMS systems and the only receiver we found  
that did the job for us [bandscanning at > 12 steps/sec] was the now  
unmanufactured R8.  I guess we'll keep looking at traditional radios  
and keep our customers clamoring for DRM monitoring on hold.

Talk about being 'marginalized!'
