Hi Dick,

I'm looking forward to Tiger - in a few weeks. But for now I'm using
10.3.9 on a new, full-up Mac Mini. Am having printing problems with
networked printers (through a 3rd party print server). Then, I tried
to direct connect back directly with an ink-jet - no dice (worked OK
before). Is there some way to reset this print utility?? It's driving
me crazy.
