John and others,
I just installed 10.4 and the 'new' Print Setup Utility (installed by 10.4)
does in fact have the new "Reset Printing System" button that was not in
10.3 so HP was correct.
BTW, I can print on my Photosmart 1115 printer using the previously
installed hp photosmart 2.5.6 driver. If it ain't broke don't fix it so I
will not be using the new Reset Printing System button until I learn my way
around. I am a happy camper. Just need to find time to understand the new
goodies.
