This is your first mistake; if you're wanting to do port mapping on an 
Airport Base Station, you need to use the Airport Admin Utility.

Open the Airport Admin Utility, select your base station, click 
"Configuration." Enter your password and on the the next screen select 
the "Port Mapping" tab. Click "Add", enter the port number and then the 
local IP address of the machine you want to use.

That's because you're in the wrong program. Airport Admin Utility will 
do the job for you.

You're obviously not using 100% Airport hardware, so your settings 
procedures will NOT be the same. With all-Airport hardware, use the 
procedures above.
