Well, I finally got around to installing the new driver (from microHam site)
and I seem to have worse problems :-(

The Mac (Dual 500MHz G4, run 10.3.9) wont boot with the USB cable for the
microHam plugged in (keeps giving "You need to restart your computer...)
This is with the radio off.

If I plug the cable in after boot it appears to be ok.
Is this because the radio is not on when I boot?

I'm about to do an archive install of 10.4.3, so maybe after that and a
reinstall will help?

Any other suggestions?
