[Ham-Mac] Who is *NOT* upgrading to Panther?

I have rarely had Safari crash, but it has happened. It does still 
feel a little "clunky" though, as far as how fast pages load/render. 
And this is with a 2mb cable modem, so it's not a bandwidth issue.
