[Ham-Mac] Netscape 4.7 - 6.2 vs Explorer

That time doesn't match any of the numerous message I've saved here, 
so I'm not sure which complaints which you're referring to.

I've never thought and never said that there was any _intent_ at ARRL 
to eliminate anyone.

What action would you recommend to the ARRL BoD's?
