[Ham-Computers] FS: APC UPS 230VAC 650 VA BK650E1 CS Unused

This unit was bought from Office Depot and was supposed to have been a 120 
VAC unit.  They had none on the shelf, shipped me the wrong one, and through 
a series of maneuvers over several weeks effectively refused to let me 
return it.  It was unpacked to the point where I discovered it was 230 I/O and 
has never been used.  Asking $75 OBO plus shipping.  I think it will have to 
go UPS Ground because of the battery.  This particular model is currently 
listed on eBay  (unused) for  $110-$135.  I think I paid $125 plus shipping 
for it.  And about the same for the 120 VAC one I had to buy after Office 
Depots shenanigans.
