I'm not exactly a Microsoft fan.  That being said, they generally have 
really good help (F1).  I can't answer as I don't use IE9.

I believe it's ctrl-B in Firefox.  Never hurts to have other browsers 
around.  There's a really cool program called Browser Chooser, which 
allows you to choose which browser you want to use for a link.
