[Ham-Computers] IE9 help request

Perhaps no one responded because no one knew the answer.  I don't.  It took 
me a few minutes to figure out what you were talking about in IE8 because I 
always use the Favorites button on the main tool bar, where the folders 
open by hovering the mouse pointer.  But anyway, from the list that comes up by 
clicking the yellow Favorites button, I can't see any way in which to turn 
the sticky open folder feature OFF in IE8.  So I surmise that some 
programmer decided he/she/it didn't like having them stay open and in IE9 they don't. 
 I also can't figure any way in which to get rid of that yellow Favorites 
button, which I've tried to do more than once.
