[Ham-Computers] Monthly reminders

If any of you are wondering, the monthly reminders once sent by Al Waller have been discontinued.  Apparently some people disliked getting passwords sent in plain text to them.  Those reminders also caused a flood of mail to hit various ISPs all at once, causing the qth.net servers to be occasionally spam blacklisted.

In a few words they provided little value, wasted resources, angered some people, and caused qth.net too many problems.
