[Ham-Computers] WindowsXP question?

Hi XP Gurus,

Is there a way I can stop a CD then resume. And, can it be backed up?
An instruction CD goes by so quickly I can't keep up so, I have to stop
it and start over to get back to where I was to see that part again!
Very frustrating!
