[Ham-Computers] Help With OE And Multiple Mail Rule Activation

Hi All,

The old blind dude has a problem. Please do not send me to some web site to 
seek and find, as my knees get sore looking for a needle of truth in a 
haystack of jargon! Just type me out a step by step how to and I will be 
most grateful.

I am using Windows XP Home Edition and Outlook Express V6.0

Over the past several years I have created three different so called 'mail 
rules'. I thought that I told the software to use all three, but apparently 
I did not. I know this because one of the rules contains key words like 
"postmaster" and so forth, and I am still getting spam from individuals I 
never sent mail to in overseas countries.

There are no virus issues. All software is up to date and I have run a file 
by file scan of the entire system.

I need to know how to enable the mail rule function so that it uses all the 
rules that are there, three in my case.

Please tell me if I should use the mail rule under 'Tools' or the mail rule 
under 'Message' in order to make what I need to work, work.
