[Ham-Computers] Window Sizing Problem.

Hello Robert,

Thanks for your help. I was able to correct the problem by playing
with the video display itself. I shifted the screen down far enough
to be able to grab an edge. The "normal" fixes did not do it.
Unfortunately I had the monitor resolution to the maximum setting or I
think your idea of bumping up the setting would have done the trick.
