[Ham-Computers] Window Sizing Problem.

OK.  I actually meant to mention playing with the monitor settings as well, 
but forgot.  For various reasons, I've run the last two monitors here at one 
notch under max, and had to resort to that trick once when I moved the blue area 
beyond where I could grab it and move it back.  So I knew that the monitor 
resolution trick would have worked assuming the capability was there.
