[Ham-Computers] Window Sizing Problem.

Hello,

I have a program window problem. When I start the program I have to  
maximize the window in order to see it.
Then if I try to minimize the window all I see is the program title  
next to the START icon.
I have tried everything that I can to try to re-size the window  
without any success.
The only view that I can see the window is maximized, and in that  
view it will not
allow me to re-size the window. This is Windows XP.
