[Ham-Computers] Re: cannot open a secondary window

Supplementary.
I do not have any toolbars on the System as i
uninstalled them some time ago.
This problems seems to be recent.
The only toolbars from the past were Dogpile and
Yahoo. Both uninstalled before the problem started
as far as i am aware.
Have disabled the popup stoper in Norton Inet
security as well, no luck.
Still seeking help.
