[Ham-Computers] Interesting problem...

Fresh install of W98SE.  Had Internet Explorer 5.0 so used windows update to
install 27 updates including Internet Explorer 6.0.  Nothing new or
different than any of the other times I've done this.  The problem is, now
when I click on a hyperlink in an e-mail, nothing happens.  It is as though
IE and OE aren't connected.  I get the little finger icon that I can click a
link, but nothing happens.

Any ideas?
