[Ham-Computers] TTY/TDD For windows?

The US standard for translation (if I remember correctly) is 45.45
baud; however, there are TTY/TDD devices capable of ASCII translation
at 110 and 300 baud.  Most modems will have no problem using the ASCII
translation speeds.  The only catch is that the person you are
communicating with must be able to support ASCII translation.

As for programs that can allow you to communicate to a TTY/TDD user
via your computer modem, here are a few:
